CNC manufacturing for feeding technology

Our production facility is equipped with high-performance CNC machinery. Modern 5-axis CNC milling machines are used to machine complex feeding bowls and baffles. The production process is supplemented by CNC lathes, some of which are equipped with driven tools.

Precise machining processes

In addition to milling and turning, other machining processes are also available. These include surface grinding and wire and die-sinking EDM. This means that even complex geometries and tight tolerances can be reliably achieved.

Quality assurance in manufacturing

We ensure the quality of our components by using an automatic 3D coordinate measuring machine. This allows us to check dimensions and geometries precisely and guarantee consistently high manufacturing quality.
